Bybit Fiat Assitant

We would like to open an assistant position within the FIAT team to support ongoing initiatives related to fiat infrastructure, global expansion, and crypto-fiat integration. Basic Requirements: • Possesses a general understanding of FIAT on-ramp and off-ramp services, including core operational flows and differences across global markets. • Shows a strong interest in P2P services, FIAT gateway models, or exploring the integration of traditional banking systems with the crypto ecosystem. • Has basic knowledge of the crypto industry, with prior hands-on experience participating in relevant projects (academic or work-based). • Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written. • Demonstrates initiative and curiosity to learn about compliance, infrastructure, and market specific nuances in the FIAT-crypto space. Daily Work Scope: 1. Assist in regional exploration efforts and manage resources related to fiat partners and service providers. 2. Organize regular team meetings and participate in performance and collaboration evaluations. 3. Track key deliverables and manage progress across project pipelines, including fiat gateway development, channel integration, and interdepartmental process coordination. 4. Support departmental operations such as OKR planning, meeting recaps, budget organization, business development task tracking, and outcome reporting. 5. Follow up on data analysis plans and help monitor execution and reporting quality.
