We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead our global marketing strategy and elevate Bybit into a top-tier global brand. Role Overview The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for defining and executing Bybit’s global marketing strategy, driving user growth, strengthening brand positioning, and leading high-performing marketing teams across regions. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in crypto or fintech, capable of scaling marketing operations in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Marketing Strategy Define and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business goals Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation Drive user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle growth strategies 2. Growth & Performance Marketing Oversee performance marketing across paid channels (digital, social, affiliates, SEO/SEM) Optimize CAC, conversion funnels, and ROI across markets Build scalable growth engines for both retail and institutional segments 3. Brand & Communications Lead global brand strategy, PR, and communications Manage media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and regions 4. Community & Ecosystem Growth Drive community engagement across global markets Oversee KOL/influencer strategy and partnerships Build strong user communities and brand advocates 5. Campaigns & Events Lead large-scale global campaigns and product launches Oversee sponsorships, partnerships, and industry events Ensure strong integration between brand and performance marketing 6. Team Leadership Lead and scale a global marketing organization Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, BD, and Operations Build a high-performance, data-driven marketing culture Must-Have Requirements Proven experience leading global marketing teams (50+ people) Strong background in PR, social media, community, events, campaigns, and SEO/SEM Prior experience in a crypto exchange or leading crypto/fintech company Track record of managing large-scale marketing budgets ($50M+) Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; global market experience required Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling a brand from growth stage to global leadership Strong network in crypto, media, and marketing ecosystems Experience in regulated markets (EU, MENA) Background in both brand and performance marketing
