As the company continues to expand globally, we are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy and elevate Bybit’s brand presence across key markets. Role Overview The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for defining and executing Bybit’s global marketing strategy, driving user acquisition, strengthening brand leadership, and building a world-class marketing organization. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in global marketing, brand building, performance marketing, and large-scale campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling high-growth technology or fintech companies and managing complex global marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Global Marketing Strategy Define and execute Bybit’s global marketing vision and strategy. Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, product strategy, and regional growth priorities. Establish clear marketing KPIs and performance metrics across all channels. Brand Leadership Strengthen Bybit’s global brand positioning and market differentiation. Lead brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling across all markets. Oversee global PR, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and large-scale marketing campaigns. User Growth & Performance Marketing Drive global user acquisition and platform engagement through data-driven marketing strategies. Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and digital channels. Optimize marketing ROI and budget allocation across multiple markets. Marketing Organization & Leadership Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team across multiple regions. Develop scalable marketing processes, tools, and frameworks. Partner closely with product, trading, operations, and regional leadership teams. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Establish strategic partnerships to expand Bybit’s global reach. Lead major brand collaborations, industry events, and sponsorship initiatives. Qualifications Required Experience 12+ years of marketing leadership experience in technology, fintech, or digital platforms. Proven track record managing large-scale global marketing organizations. Experience managing $50M+ annual marketing budgets. Demonstrated success building global brands and scaling user growth. Strong experience in both brand marketing and performance marketing. Leadership Skills Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capability. Strong data-driven decision-making ability. Experience managing cross-regional teams in fast-growing global companies. Communication Excellent English communication and executive presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with C-level leadership and board stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in cryptocurrency or Web3 industry. Experience leading marketing in global fintech companies. Strong network across media, agencies, and industry partners. Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
