Role Overview Bybit is looking for a Head of Branding to own and scale our global brand as the company continues to grow across markets and cycles. This role is responsible for brand strategy, narrative, and execution—ensuring Bybit’s brand is clear, credible, and consistent across all external touchpoints. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business ambition into a strong, enduring brand. The Head of Branding leads three core teams—PR, Community, and Social Media—aligning strategy, priorities, and standards while enabling each team to perform at scale. What You’ll Do Define and evolve Bybit’s global brand strategy and positioning, turning business priorities into a clear and differentiated narrative. Own brand governance, including brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards, ensuring quality and consistency across regions. Lead flagship brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives, setting creative direction for major launches, partnerships, and sponsorships. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, working closely with Product, Growth, Communications, and regional teams on brand and reputation matters. Build and lead a high-performing brand organization, establishing scalable processes and a culture of ownership, craft, and judgment. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in branding, brand strategy, or integrated marketing, with exposure to global or fast-growing environments. Proven ability to lead brand strategy at scale across multiple markets. Strong strategic thinking combined with creative instinct and storytelling capability. High ownership and sound judgment, comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing organizations. Experience in crypto, fintech, technology, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
