Java Backend Engineer Intern — Capital

Responsibilities Participate in backend system development for company products or projects under the guidance of senior engineers. Support coding, testing, debugging, and delivery of backend business modules. Design and implement business features using mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot and MyBatis. Assist in database table design, SQL writing, and performance optimization using MySQL. Learn and use middleware such as Redis to improve system performance and user experience. Participate in technical documentation writing and maintenance. Work with the engineering team on code reviews and learn agile development practices. Build good coding habits, documentation habits, and engineering awareness through real project experience. Requirements Undergraduate degree or above from a recognized university, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. 2025 or 2026 graduate. Proficient in Java and familiar with object-oriented programming. Understanding of Java fundamentals such as collections, multithreading, I/O, and basic JVM concepts. Basic understanding or hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, or other mainstream Java frameworks. Solid database knowledge and ability to write SQL statements. Familiar with basic Linux commands. Able to use Git for version control. Passionate about technology, with strong learning ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team. Able to work 4–5 days per week for at least 3 months. Nice to Have Personal technical blog, GitHub open-source projects, or programming competition awards. Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or other middleware. Practical project development experience, including coursework projects, personal projects, competitions, or internships. Candidates located in the UTC+8 time zone are preferred.
