P2P Backend Development Engineer Intern

Responsibilities Participate in the development and optimization of the full P2P trading lifecycle. Support the development of core systems, including advertisement posting, order matching, order state machines, and user credit evaluation. Work on dispute and risk control systems to improve automation, transaction safety, and fairness. Participate in the development of a P2P AI trading assistant, using LLMs to improve user consultation, product recommendations, and automated dispute prediction. Help optimize system architecture for high-concurrency scenarios, including data consistency, distributed locks, and system latency. Collaborate with backend, product, risk control, and AI teams to deliver reliable production-level features. Requirements Solid Java fundamentals, including multithreading, JVM, collections, and object-oriented programming. Basic understanding of Spring Boot or Spring Cloud. Able to write SQL and familiar with MySQL index optimization. Familiar with caching technologies such as Redis. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP. Strong curiosity, fast learning ability, and willingness to explore unfamiliar technical areas. Responsible and rigorous, especially when working on financial transaction systems. Nice to Have Familiarity with LangChain, Prompt Engineering, or experience using OpenAI / Anthropic APIs. Strong interest or practical experience in blockchain, P2P trading, payment, or settlement systems. Understanding of message queues such as RocketMQ or Kafka. Understanding of distributed transactions or high-concurrency system design.
