Job Requirements Minimum 8 years of proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and/or product operations. Strong leadership in team building, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated ability to lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and oversee cross-functional execution. Skilled in messaging, positioning, and full-funnel marketing, with experience in defining value propositions for complex products. Ability to analyze market trends, user insights, and performance data to optimize strategies. Familiarity with crypto trading products, exchanges, wallets, and Web3 ecosystems is a plus. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across product, marketing, and operation teams. Self-starter with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy, from market research and positioning to launch execution and adoption. Define compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions to differentiate products in competitive markets. Partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, and Marketing—to deliver cohesive and impactful product launches. Translate insights and data into actionable campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team while fostering collaboration across the organization. Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence. Influence and align stakeholders at all levels, driving consensus and execution on key product initiatives. Leverage knowledge of crypto trading, exchanges, wallets, and Web3 ecosystems to ensure relevant and resonant product narratives.
