Position Summary The AML Team Manager leads the Istanbul-based AML operations team, ensuring effective transaction monitoring, investigations, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of AML Analysts to ensure timely review of alerts and investigations. Oversee the quality and accuracy of case handling, documentation, and escalations. Coordinate with the MLRO on high-risk cases, STRs, and regulatory submissions. Implement process improvements to strengthen AML operational efficiency. Mentor and train team members on AML best practices. Requirements 5–7 years of AML operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring systems and EDD/KYC processes. Familiarity with Turkish AML/CTF regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
