Send Your Resume : dionne.t@bybit.com Responsibilities: Collect API technical questions from users and solve them efficiently; Take ownership of API docs and continuously improve it to keep it easy and straightforward for users; Build internal KB to record tricky questions so as to provide quick response for the next time; Maintain a public code repository / Postman collection to help API users to integrate with exchange quickly; Find the key contact person or leader from all API backend teams to fix API bugs and improve API products. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Math or related scientific disciplines; Strong capabilities to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically; Familiar with at least one development language — Python / Javascript / Go is preferred; Experience with software application debugging and troubleshooting. Familiar with technical support process and escalation management; Passionate about technical support to solve complicated customer issues; Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin; Experience in trading support role will be a plus. Having knowledge about exchange and trading, trader experience would be a plus This role is possibly the PIC of communication about technical issues and questions, English skill and technical background would be mandatory
