We’re now seeking an experienced Blockchain Architect to help design and scale our next- generation blockchain infrastructure — one that bridges the gap between traditional finance and decentralized technology. If you’re passionate about shaping how blockchain interacts with real-world finance, this is where you’ll make an impact. What You’ll Do • Design and implement the core blockchain architecture supporting Cleanverse’s compliance-native finance ecosystem. • Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain frameworks and consensus mechanisms (e.g., Solana, EVM-based chains, Layer-2 solutions, or modular architectures). • Lead the design of smart contract frameworks, on-chain identity, and compliance protocols ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory readiness. • Collaborate closely with product, security, and backend teams to integrate blockchain components into the full Cleanverse stack. • Develop technical standards, documentation, and best practices for secure and efficient blockchain development. • Drive continuous improvement through R&D on cross-chain interoperability, privacy-preserving mechanisms, and zero-knowledge compliance models. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development or architecture design. • Strong understanding of mainstream blockchain frameworks and technology stacks. • Proficient in Solana development tools and EVM-compatible ecosystems. • Deep understanding of blockchain security principles, smart contract best practices, and audit-ready coding standards. • Proven ability to design high-availability, scalable, and secure blockchain systems. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and product teams. Nice to Have • Experience building or auditing DeFi protocols, identity systems, or compliance- focused smart contracts. • Familiarity with cross-chain bridges, rollup architectures, or zero-knowledge proofs. • Background in cryptography, distributed systems, or financial infrastructure. • Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in blockchain development.
