Head of Product
About Cleanverse Cleanverse is one of the world’s first compliance-native infrastructure layer that binds verified identity with regulated stablecoins, enabling traceability and travel rule compliance on every value transfer on Web3. It endeavours to create a Clean Universe for trusted, institutional-grade financial flows and sets the foundation for on-chain finance and services led by AI agentic platforms, leading into the next generation. We believe that Web3 provides a more efficient infrastructure for financial services but it must be open yet compliant, decentralized yet accountable — and we’ve built the technology to make that possible. To scale this vision, we are hiring a Head of Product to own the full product logic, architecture, and long-term roadmap. Role Overview The Head of Product will take full responsibility for the strategy, design, and evolution of the Cleanverse product stack. This includes APASS identity layers, A-token frameworks, asset issuance flows, on-chain compliance mechanisms, and member-facing integration frameworks. You will turn business needs, regulatory constraints, and institutional use cases into a coherent, disciplined, scalable product architecture. You will partner closely with the VP Engineering to turn product logic into technical delivery. This role sits at the centre of Cleanverse — balancing business, compliance, engineering, and ecosystem needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Own the End-to-End Product Vision & Architecture Build and manage a coherent product architecture that reflects Cleanverse principles: chain-neutral, wallet-neutral, A-Pass identity verified by financial institutions, A-token for issuance of different asset types, embedded blacklist/Travel Rule logic, etc. Convert regulatory and business requirements into productized features and protocols. 2. Drive Product Roadmap & Prioritization Build and maintain a disciplined product roadmap that supports business growth and institutional adoption. Prioritize features based on impact, complexity, compliance requirements, and strategic alignment. Manage trade-offs between infrastructure robustness, innovation speed, and institutional-grade governance. 3. Collaborate Closely with VP Engineering Translate product concepts into technical specifications working in close collaboration with VP Engineering. Participate in system design reviews, ensuring alignment with product intent. Ensure product feasibility, security, and scalability with engineering leaders. 4. Convert Market & Member Needs into Features Engage banks, issuers, and ecosystem partners to understand their integration, compliance, issuance, and settlement workflows. Turn real-world institutional use cases into standardized Cleanverse features & modules. Lead cross-functional feedback loops with integration teams, compliance, partners, and operations. 5. Govern the Cleanverse Product Framework Ensure Cleanverse’s logic is consistent across all modules — identity, money, automation, AI agent integration, smart contract guidelines, and member onboarding. Maintain Cleanverse’s internal product bible: specifications, schema, workflows, and architectural principles. Oversee creation of standards such as the Cleanverse Smart Contract Guidelines for external issuers. 6. Lead Product Execution & Delivery Drive product definitions, specs, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Ensure delivery is clear, testable, and aligned with business outcomes. Coordinate across engineering, operations, compliance, and integration to launch products on time. 7. Build & Lead a Scalable Product Organization Recruit and manage product managers, UX, and solution-focused product talent as Cleanverse grows. Establish product processes that remain fast but disciplined. Develop frameworks for internal reviews, product QA, and long-term roadmap governance. Qualifications Experience 8–10 years of product leadership in fintech, payments, banking technology, or digital asset infrastructure. Deep experience translating institutional requirements into coherent product architectures. Proven ability to work with senior engineering leadership on infrastructure-level products. Experience with blockchain/Web3 protocols, identity systems, or settlement platforms strongly preferred. Skills Strong systems thinking and ability to design multi-layer architectures. Excellent clarity in writing specifications and product logic. Strong communication with both senior business leaders and deeply technical engineers. Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into clean product modules. High ownership mindset with a bias toward disciplined execution. Mindset Governance-first, not hype-driven. Able to operate in a hybrid world of regulated finance and fast-moving Web3 infrastructure. Obsessed with clarity, correctness, and long-term scalability. Ambitious about the future of verified digital identity, programmable money, and AI-driven payments. Why Join Cleanverse? Be at the frontline of where institutional finance meets programmable, AI-driven on-chain infrastructure. Work with leading banks and enterprises transitioning into Web3 and digital-asset operations. Shape the Cleanverse Member Integration framework from Day 1. Influence the future standards of verified identity, verified money, and compliant on-chain finance.
