Product Manager

What You’ll Do • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from research and requirements to launch, iteration, and scaling. • Translate business strategy, user needs, and compliance requirements into clear product roadmaps and deliverables. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to build products that align with Cleanverse’s mission. • Lead discovery and design sprints to validate product hypotheses and user flows. • Define product metrics and success KPIs; use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Monitor market and regulatory trends across Web3, payments, stablecoins, KYC/AML, and digital asset compliance, translating insights into actionable strategies. • Serve as the voice of the user, ensuring product experiences balance usability, innovation, and trust. What We’re Looking For • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Web3, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure. • Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallet interactions, DeFi / CeFi, and crypto payments. • Awareness of compliance and regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, Travel Rule, etc.). • Proven ability to define, prioritize, and deliver complex technical products in fast- paced environments. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to bridge business, tech, and compliance stakeholders. • Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus; Nice to Have • Experience with on-chain governance, or identity-linked blockchain systems. • Familiarity with smart contracts, stablecoins, or cross-chain integrations. • Background in UX research or product analytics.
