Project Manager

What You’ll Do • Drive end-to-end project management for Cleanverse’s software and blockchain development initiatives — from requirements and sprint planning to delivery and post-launch optimization. • Coordinate across product, engineering and design teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution. • Implement and optimize Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to enhance delivery efficiency. • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving blockers. • Collaborate with leadership on project prioritization, milestone reviews, and roadmap updates. • Contribute to building scalable workflows and internal standards for Cleanverse’s global team. What We’re Looking For • Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies. • Proven experience managing blockchain, crypto, or fintech projects (3+ years preferred). • Strong familiarity with Web3, DeFi, stablecoins, or payment infrastructure. • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Fast learner with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • English fluency required; experience in multi-cultural or global teams is a plus. Nice to Have • Hands-on understanding of smart contracts, on-chain data, or regulatory frameworks (Travel Rule, compliance audits, etc.). • Experience with open-source collaboration or protocol governance. • Technical literacy in blockchain development, APIs, or product integration processes.
