To support the rapid onboarding of institutional members, we are hiring a Solutions & Institutional Onboarding Lead to act as the bridge between Members and Cleanverse’s technical and product groups. Role Overview The Solutions & Institutional Onboarding Lead is responsible for guiding, coordinating, and ensuring the successful integration of Cleanverse technology into our Members’ systems. You will serve as the key point of contact for all technical onboarding, solution design, compliance alignment, and workflow execution between Cleanverse engineering team and Member teams. This is a hybrid role spanning project management, solution consulting, technical coordination, and member success. Key Responsibilities 1. Member Onboarding & Solution Scoping Serve as the main liaison for new Institutional Members integrating A-Pass and A-Token. Understand Member requirements, infrastructure, and compliance needs; translate them into actionable integration plans. Conduct discovery workshops to map current-state vs. Cleanverse-enabled future-state workflows. 2. Integration Project Management Own end-to-end coordination between Member teams and Cleanverse tech, product, and compliance teams. Structure project timelines, milestones, risk logs, and deployment plans. Ensure integrations meet agreed timelines, security standards, and operational readiness. 3. Technical Translation & Guidance Convert Member requirements into technical specifications for the Cleanverse engineering team. Interpret Cleanverse APIs, SDKs, smart contract guidelines, and operational frameworks for non-technical member stakeholders. Ensure members understand Cleanverse architecture: A-Pass tiers, A-token controls, on-chain whitelisting, and compliance mechanisms. 4. Member Success & Operational Enablement Define test plans for sandbox and production readiness. Support members in operationalizing off-ramp flows, asset issuance flows, and institution-specific controls. Provide training for member operational teams, including compliance, settlement, treasury, and tech. 5. Cross-Team Collaboration Deeply align with Cleanverse product, engineering, and business teams to ensure Member needs are well-understood and prioritized. Identify patterns from integrations to enhance product and process playbooks. 6. Continuous Improvement & Documentation Maintain integration templates, SOPs, best-practice guides, and FAQs. Recommend product enhancements based on Member feedback. Qualifications Experience 5–8 years in solution consulting, technical account management, integration program management, or product implementation roles. Experience in banking technology, payments, digital assets, Web3 infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred. Prior exposure to blockchain, APIs, and compliance workflows is a plus but not mandatory. Skills Excellent technical-to-business translation skills. Strong project management (PMP/Agile is a plus). Deep curiosity and ability to learn complex systems quickly. Outstanding communication, structure, and stakeholder management. Mindset Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
