Blockchain Engineer

About the job You will design and implement secure auditable smart contract logic for tokenization asset management and governance. You will integrate blockchain and distributed ledger technologies into backend systems. You will evaluate test and deploy blockchain logic on networks such as Cosmos and Liquid. You will build tools for interacting with on-chain infrastructure including transaction monitoring and wallet integrations. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust blockchain-based solutions for financial institutions. You will stay up to date on developments in blockchain infrastructure standards and regulatory frameworks. You will promote best practices in blockchain security and operational resilience. Responsibilities Design and implement secure auditable smart contract logic for tokenization asset management and governance Work with a queue based architecture to create transactions send them to the blockchain node and manage the responses to keep track of the ledger Integrate blockchain and distributed ledger technologies into backend systems Evaluate test and deploy blockchain logic on networks such as Cosmos Liquid and other Layer 1s Build tools for interacting with on-chain infrastructure including transaction monitoring and wallet integrations Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust blockchain-based solutions for financial institutions Stay up to date on developments in blockchain infrastructure standards and regulatory frameworks Promote best practices in blockchain security and operational resilience Requirements 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1+ years working with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies Experience using TypeScript or JavaScript to build integrations with blockchains Familiarity with a queue-based architecture Experience developing and deploying smart contract logic or similar on Layer 1 networks Familiarity with token standards and asset representation on-chain Understanding of cryptographic primitives such as signatures hashes and multisig Experience integrating blockchain infrastructure into backend applications, ideally in a TypeScript/JavaScript based environment Knowledge of blockchain tools APIs and development environments such as Cosmos SDK and Elements for Liquid
