DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities Manage daily deployment, maintenance, and high availability of core business systems, cloud platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud, as well as infrastructure services including Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, MySQL, Redis, and Kafka. Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery drills to ensure stable service operations. Operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated build, testing, release, and rollback processes. Configure and maintain monitoring, log collection, and alerting systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenSearch. Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and work with the team on remediation and optimization. Write and maintain operations-related documentation and help standardize DevOps processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field from a full-time accredited university; top-up degrees are not considered. 3+ years of operations experience in large-scale internet companies or cloud platform environments. Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems and solid proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Shell, Python, or Go. Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with a good understanding of CI/CD toolchains such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD. Familiar with the configuration and operation of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenSearch. Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, or Azure. Strong communication skills, good teamwork mindset, and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Candidates based in Singapore or Malaysia are preferred; other locations outside mainland China may also be considered. Nice to Have Experience with global network acceleration and security protection deployment in enterprise cloud environments. Experience with AI platforms, AI server deployment, or AI infrastructure operations.
