Sales Director
About the job You will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities with enterprise clients across the GCC and MENA regions. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers, develop territory and account plans, collaborate with BDR and GTM teams, and maintain CRM data. You will lead negotiations and close complex deals in finance and fintech sectors while navigating multi-stakeholder environments. Responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Work closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM Team. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers. Prospect, territory, and account plan. Update and maintain Fireblocks CRM. Requirements Experience selling to corporate clients across diverse sectors including energy, retail, e-commerce, fintech, crypto-native, and holding companies. Direct experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred. Track record of over-achievement. Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect. Experience working in a team selling environment. Experience selling into the MENA market. Arabic language skills preferred.
