Responsibilities Own user growth and trading conversion for the stock trading business, with accountability for key metrics including new users, trading users, and trading volume. Build and optimize the user lifecycle operation framework, covering account opening, deposits, first trade, retention, and repeat trading. Work closely with product, marketing, and community teams to launch and execute growth initiatives. Establish user segmentation strategies and develop tailored operation plans for different user groups. Collect user feedback and drive product experience improvements and feature iterations. Improve user engagement, retention, and long-term trading frequency. Plan and execute campaigns around market trends, earnings seasons, ETF themes, and macro events. Lead campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign reviews. Coordinate product, design, engineering, and marketing resources to ensure efficient project delivery. Track global stock market trends and develop stock-related content, themes, and campaign ideas. Manage stock business landing pages, campaign pages, and in-app content operations. Collaborate with KOLs, media partners, and communities to drive business promotion and investor education. Build and continuously monitor core operational metrics. Identify growth opportunities through data insights and optimize operation strategies accordingly. Prepare regular business analysis reports and provide actionable growth recommendations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields are preferred. 3+ years of experience in internet operations, financial product operations, or growth operations. Strong understanding of stock markets, including U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, and ETFs, with solid knowledge of stock investing. Hands-on experience in user growth, campaign operations, and data analysis. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive projects from planning to execution. Nice to Have Experience with online brokerage platforms, securities firms, or fintech companies. Experience in stock community operations, investor education, or financial content operations. Familiarity with financial tools such as TradingView, Bloomberg, Wind, or FactSet. Active Web3 user with a good understanding of the digital asset industry.
