Taiwanese KOL
Responsibilities Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, trader communities, and investment-focused content creators in the Taiwan market. Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract signing with local KOLs and affiliate partners. Build and execute affiliate partnership models, including CPS, CPA, revenue sharing, and trading commission rebate structures. Continuously optimize KOL channel conversion efficiency and trading contribution. Manage the full lifecycle of partners, including onboarding, incentive program design, relationship maintenance, and renewal. Analyze channel performance data to increase the proportion of active trading users and improve growth efficiency. Track industry trends and competitor partnership strategies in the Taiwan market. Collaborate with internal teams to support AMAs, trading campaigns, and online/offline marketing initiatives. Requirements Based in Taiwan, with strong familiarity with the local crypto ecosystem and user market. 2+ years of experience in Crypto exchange Sales, Business Development, or Affiliate partnerships. Solid understanding of exchange products, including spot trading, futures, and margin trading. Strong ability to independently handle business negotiations and drive partnerships from initiation to execution. Nice to Have Established resources among local Taiwan KOLs, communities, or traders. Familiarity with affiliate systems and partnership models of major crypto exchanges. Access to high-net-worth clients or active trading user resources. Business-level English communication skills.
