Job Title: Web3 Full-Stack Developer Work Type: Full-time, on-site in Shenzhen Compensation: 2500-3500 USDT Job Description: Responsible for front-end and back-end development of the Web3 gaming ecosystem platform, participating in the full development lifecycle from architecture design to feature implementation, ensuring efficient and stable platform operation while supporting blockchain-related functionality integration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop front-end and back-end components of the Web3 gaming platform, including user interfaces, API design, and blockchain module integration. - Participate in the development and deployment of smart contracts, ensuring seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems. - Collaborate with product managers and design teams to implement product features and optimize user experience. - Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, ensure security, and resolve technical challenges. Job Requirements: - At least 3 years of Web3 project development experience, with familiarity in DeFi and GameFi technical implementation. - Proficient in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go). - Experience in smart contract development, proficient with Solidity and blockchain platforms like Ethereum or Polygon. - Familiarity with Web3 technology stacks (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js) and decentralized protocols. - Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of writing technical documentation and verbal exchanges fluently. - Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit; familiarity with DevOps or cloud services is a plus.
