Job Title: Web3 Product Manager Work Type: Full-time, on-site in Shenzhen Compensation: 2000-3500 USDT Job Description: Responsible for designing, developing, and managing product features for the Web3 gaming ecosystem platform, driving the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and iterate on product features for the Web3 gaming platform, creating product roadmaps and defining feature requirements. - Collaborate with technical, design, and operations teams to ensure product development progress and quality. - Analyze market trends, user feedback, and data to optimize product experience and enhance user engagement. - Design product features related to blockchain technology, including the integration of DeFi and GameFi modules. Job Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in Web3 projects, with proven experience in designing or managing DeFi and GameFi products. - Familiarity with core Web3 concepts such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and DAOs. - Comprehensive experience in product management, capable of independently writing PRDs and designing product prototypes. - Strong data analysis skills and market sensitivity; familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
