1. Role Overview Immortal Dragons is a purpose-driven longevity fund (Fund I: $40M), investing globally in early-stage biotech and frontier science. This role is a first-in-function position, designed to extend the founder’s bandwidth across both professional and personal domains. The Founder’s Associate will operate across execution, operations, research, and communication, with a strong expectation of ownership, precision, and responsiveness. 2. Key Responsibilities 1. Founder Support & Execution Translate ideas into structured plans and actionable tasks Track priorities, follow-ups, and ensure execution Manage calendar, scheduling, and communications 2. Operations & Administrative Management Handle personal finance tasks (payments, reconciliation, bank coordination) Manage inbox and LinkedIn communications Support logistics (documents, errands, property coordination) 3. Research & Analytical Support Conduct research on longevity, biotech, and related topics Prepare summaries and support strategic discussions 4. Ecosystem & External Coordination Support coordination with researchers, partners, and institutions Assist in events and collaboration initiatives 5. AI-Native Workflow Optimization Use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to automate workflows and improve efficiency 3. Requirements 1. Must Have Native Mandarin and strong English proficiency Strong intellectual ability and structured thinking High ownership and accountability Fast responsiveness and reliability High attention to detail (zero-error mindset) AI-native (daily use of AI tools) Based in Singapore (able to handle in-person tasks) 2. Preferred STEM or strong analytical background Experience in startups, operations, or founder support Interest in longevity, biotech, or frontier science 3. Nice to Have Experience handling sensitive tasks (finance, logistics) Driving license 5. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: SGD 8,000/month (flexible for exceptional candidates) Bonus: Discretionary performance bonus Benefits: Expense reimbursement 6.
