Description You will own end-to-end recruiting: translate ambiguous hiring needs into technical personas and clear candidate profiles, source and engage passive technical talent, and maintain a high-signal pipeline. You will standardize interview loops and scoring rubrics, ensure a candidate first experience with clear communication and timely feedback, partner on headcount planning and offer negotiation, write closing plans and reports to identify pipeline bottlenecks, and continuously evaluate new hire performance against role specifications to refine sourcing and screening. Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical environments (AI, Infrastructure, SaaS, or Crypto) Technical fluency with LLMs, data engineering, and distributed systems Demonstrated strength in sourcing passive candidates and crafting effective outreach Strong written communication Systems thinking and comfort treating recruiting as an optimizable funnel Ability to operate in high ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments Nice to have: experience recruiting niche roles such as cryptographers or ML researchers Nice to have: familiarity with recruiting tools and data stacks such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Gem Nice to have: familiarity with decentralized or open-source ecosystems Responsibilities Run talent discovery and translate hiring needs into technical personas Define candidate profiles and criteria for role fit Build and maintain a high-signal pipeline and source passive candidates Standardize interview loops, scoring rubrics, and feedback mechanisms Ensure a candidate first experience with clear communication and timely feedback Partner on headcount planning, offer negotiation, and candidate closing Write closing plans and reports to identify pipeline bottlenecks Evaluate new hire performance against defined specifications to refine sourcing Benefits Equity Flexible work Competitive benefits
