English Customer Support Intern

Responsibilities 1. Provide English customer support to global users through online channels. 2. Respond to user inquiries related to account usage, trading functions, contract / futures trading, and platform operations. 3. Assist in handling trading-related issues, support tickets, and follow-up communication. 4. Collect, organize, and report user feedback to help improve product experience and support processes. 5. Work with internal teams to escalate complex user issues and ensure timely resolution. 6. Maintain a professional, patient, and service-oriented communication style when supporting users. Requirements 1. Open to 2025–2026 graduates or current students who can commit to the internship. 2. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language in both written and spoken communication. 3. Basic understanding of contract trading, futures trading, or digital asset trading. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. 5. Good communication skills and user service awareness. 6. Able to work independently in a remote environment and follow up on tasks in a timely manner. Nice to Have 1. Previous experience in Crypto, Web3, fintech, exchange operations, or customer support. 2. Familiarity with trading products, including spot, futures, margin, or contract trading. 3. Experience using Telegram, online ticketing systems, or community support tools. 4. Multilingual ability beyond English is a plus.
