Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy for key global markets, with an emphasis on institutional partnerships, exchange relationships, and strategic expansion opportunities. - Lead high-level negotiations and relationship management with crypto exchanges, liquidity consumers, market makers, and ecosystem partners. - Identify new markets, products, or asset classes where Kronos can scale its market-making, OTC, or algorithmic trading capabilities. - Serve as a senior liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, including trading, legal, product, and infrastructure teams. - Partner with the executive team to define and execute long-term growth plans, including M&A evaluations, ecosystem investments, and go-to-market strategy. - Represent Kronos at industry conferences, regulatory discussions, and major partner events to enhance thought leadership and visibility. Requirements - 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships, preferably in crypto, financial services, trading platforms, or venture capital. - Proven leadership experience driving complex, high-value partnerships across global markets. - Deep understanding of crypto trading infrastructure, liquidity dynamics, market making, and digital asset ecosystems. - Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Highly analytical and strategic thinker with strong deal structuring and execution capability. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity - Prior experience leading cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and business impact. - Fluent in Chinese; additional language proficiency is a plus. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
