Compliance specialist and part-time CEO for LBK Technology s.r.l.
Key Responsibilities: 1.Corporate Governance and Directors' Obligations (Part-time CEO) As the CEO of LBK Technology S.R.L., perform the duties of directors/management in full compliance with Italian law, covering governance structure, decision-making process, internal authorization, compliance culture building, and accountability mechanism implementation. Ensure that instructions from the board of directors and group management are fully implemented within Italian entities, with complete and traceable governance and decision-making records maintained. 2.MiCA and Italian CASP Compliance System Construction & Ongoing Maintenance Responsible for the overall compliance of Italian entities with MiCA and Italian CASP rules, including corporate governance, capital/financial requirements, internal control, risk management, compliance monitoring, continuous disclosure, and regulatory reporting. Establish and maintain a sound AML/CTF framework, consumer protection mechanism, and regulatory information disclosure system. Promote the closed-loop management of "system-process-data-report" to ensure verifiable and repeatable responses to regulatory inspections. 3.Regulatory Liaison & Supervision Docking Management: Act as the primary regulatory liaison, responsible for communication and coordination with Italy's CONSOB, Bank of Italy, OAM, and other competent authorities, including access applications, examination and inquiry handling, ongoing supervision cooperation, regular/temporary submission, inspection and rectification management. Manage external compliance resources (law firms, audit institutions, consulting agencies, etc.) to ensure the delivery quality and timeliness are fully aligned with regulatory caliber. 4.Compliance Operation Supervision (Focus on KYC/AML) Coordinate local operation compliance work, including Customer Due Diligence and Exhaustion (CDD/EDD), sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting, customer support, and complaint handling. Supervise the compliance management and continuous evaluation of key outsourcing vendors and third parties (payment institutions, KYC suppliers, etc.). 5.Local Team Building & Cross-departmental Collaboration Establish and manage local teams covering compliance, operation, finance, business development, and customer service, with clear job responsibilities, RACI matrices, and key control points defined. Set up performance and compliance KPIs to drive the coordinated operation of "business growth and compliance bottom line". 6.External Business & Industry Cooperation Represent the company to interface with local banks, payment institutions, institutional customers, industry associations, and overseas partners, to ensure that cooperation models, contract terms, and operating procedures meet compliance and risk requirements. Support business expansion while defining enforceable compliance boundaries and access standards. 7.Group Reporting Regularly report to group management on business performance, regulatory progress, major risks, compliance events, audit findings, and rectification status. Required Profile: Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related majors. Working Experience: Over 5 years of working experience in financial services, FinTech, or digital assets industries, with a proven track record in senior management positions. Regulatory Environment Experience: Experience in managing regulated entities, or working in a highly regulated environment (securities firms, investment companies, payment or electronic money institutions/CASPs, etc.). Regulatory Communication Experience: Experience in direct communication with regulatory agencies or responding to inspections; experience in liaison with CONSOB, Bank of Italy, or other EU NCAs is preferred. Regulatory & Legal Competence: Familiar with or able to quickly master EU and Italian digital asset regulatory requirements (MiCA, AML/CTF, corporate governance, consumer protection, information disclosure, etc.), with the ability to translate laws and regulations into executable operational systems and processes. Business Acumen: Strong business sensitivity and execution capability, able to drive business growth, cooperation expansion, and product operation optimization within a sound compliance framework. Leadership & Communication Skills: Excellent team management, cross-departmental collaboration, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments. Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written); Chinese language proficiency is preferred. Residence Requirement: Currently residing within the European Union (Italy or Malta is preferred).
