MCN Trading Host (Europe & South America Markets)

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Europe and South America markets, you will create and deliver crypto trading-related live streams and short video content, building a professional trading host persona, and enhancing the platform's brand influence and user penetration in target regions. Based on target regional market dynamics and user needs, plan trading-themed live content and interactive activities tailored to local markets, ensuring the professionalism, compliance, and user appeal of live content. Leverage your professional trading background to complete independent trading analysis and content delivery, providing target users with professional insights on trading strategies, market interpretation, and risk management. Collaborate with platform operation and marketing teams to execute regional live events and user growth initiatives, follow up on live data review and content optimization, and improve live room conversion and user retention. Maintain fan community relationships in target regions, respond to user inquiries and interactive needs, collect user feedback from regional markets, and adjust content direction accordingly. Job Requirements: Must be proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to use English as the working language to deliver professional content and conduct business communication without barriers. Professional trading background in finance/crypto with independent execution capability, with a proven trading system and hands-on live trading experience. Solid understanding of crypto market dynamics, user preferences, and industry landscape in Europe and South America regions, with systematic expertise and practical experience in risk management. Good on-camera performance; priority will be given to candidates with live streaming, host, or KOL experience, able to independently manage the full live stream process and content delivery. Self-driven and result-oriented, able to work across time zones, and willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE, for long-term work. Bonus Points: Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other local languages in Europe/South America, able to deliver bilingual content. Previous working experience in top crypto exchanges, overseas MCN agencies, or as a financial host, with an existing fan base or industry resources in target regions. Familiarity with crypto regulatory policies and compliance requirements in Europe and South America regions, able to deliver compliant localized content. Experience in trading training or community operation, with proven user conversion cases.
