Product Designer

Description You will design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for a mature fintech/crypto product. You will learn from users through research and data, translate requirements into detailed designs, create high-fidelity and interactive prototypes, and work closely with engineers to ensure design-to-code fidelity. You will maintain and evolve the design system and deliver polished experience-driven solutions. Requirements 5+ years of product design experience in mature tech products Strong experience working closely with development teams and handing off designs Focus on experience and interface design with a track record of shipping products Experience designing multi-platform products for web and native (desktop and mobile) High emotional intelligence with clear communication and feedback skills Presentation and pitching skills to articulate design decisions Advocate for high-quality user experience and challenge stakeholders when needed Mastery of visual and interaction design Expert in Figma including advanced prototyping, design system component development, and automations Experience with design system foundations (tokens, grid systems, typography scales, component architecture) Background in fintech or crypto product design (nice to have) Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflow (nice to have) Responsibilities Understand crypto and fintech users' needs and the domain market landscape Conduct user research and derive data-driven insights Gather requirements and shape feature designs with product owners and analysts Collaborate with engineers in refinements, provide specs, and ensure design-to-code fidelity Handle edge cases and iterate designs during development Maintain and improve the design system foundations, components, and patterns Create advanced and rapid prototypes to validate flows and interactions Benefits Performance-based incentives 22 days annual leave plus 6 company days and bank holidays Comprehensive health insurance plans Extensive benefits program Flexible work schedule and remote work options Modern offices and co-working spaces across six countries Working equipment provided
