Job Description: - Develop and grow the US Equities market in CIS/SEA Region. - Identify and onboard KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, and partners to drive user acquisition and trading volume. - Build and maintain strong relationships with local trading groups and key opinion leaders. - Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to execute regional campaigns and promotions. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Achieve business targets including user growth, trading volume, and partner acquisition. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above. - 2+ years of Business Development, Partnership, or Sales experience. - Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, securities brokerages, Forex, CFD, or financial trading platforms is preferred. - Existing network of KOLs, trading communities, or partners in the CIS/SEA region is highly preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Self-motivated and results-driven. - Fluent in local languages & English.
