CIS Operations Intern

Responsibilities Support the planning, organization, and execution of offline events in the CIS region, including brand promotion events, community meetups, user gatherings, small partnership sessions, and local market activities. Assist in managing the full event execution process, including venue sourcing, vendor communication, material preparation, timeline tracking, team coordination, and on-site support. Help ensure that offline activities are aligned with local culture, user preferences, regional market characteristics, and brand positioning. Collect user feedback, participant insights, and event performance data, and assist in preparing post-event summaries and review reports. Monitor CIS market trends, local community discussions, industry events, competitor activities, and popular event formats to support new campaign ideas. Assist in executing localized offline event strategies based on CIS user profiles, cultural characteristics, and community behavior. Work closely with online operations, community, marketing, and BD teams to improve user engagement and brand awareness in the CIS market. Support the maintenance of local partners, community resources, event venues, vendors, and regional collaboration channels. Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Languages, Business, or related fields are preferred. Basic experience in offline events, campus activities, community events, or brand promotion is preferred. Basic understanding of event execution workflows, with willingness to learn vendor coordination, venue management, material preparation, and on-site operations. Strong creativity and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt event ideas to local culture and user preferences. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with CIS regional partners and internal teams. Able to support occasional travel within the CIS region when required; frequent travel is not required for remote collaboration roles. Sensitive to CIS market trends and user needs, with strong interest in developing a career in Web3, Crypto, or digital asset platforms. Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute tasks efficiently under guidance. Nice to Have Russian language skills are highly preferred. Prior experience in CIS-related operations, local community management, offline events, or regional marketing. Familiarity with local social platforms, Telegram communities, crypto communities, universities, KOLs, or regional event resources. Interest or experience in Web3, Crypto, trading platforms, FinTech, AI, or global internet products. Existing local resources in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, or other CIS markets.
