Listing Operation Intern

Responsibilities Monitor crypto industry trends, market movements, new project developments, token narratives, and exchange listing activities. Support the collection and summary of market information, project updates, token performance, and competitor listing activities. Assist in conducting basic research on potential listing projects, including project background, team information, tokenomics, community activity, ecosystem development, funding status, and market attention. Support the preparation of listing-related materials, internal documents, workflow information, and project summaries for evaluation reference. Assist in pre-listing and post-listing operational support, including information coordination, launch preparation, communication follow-up, and data tracking. Track basic performance metrics after new token listings, such as trading volume, user participation, liquidity, price movement, community feedback, and campaign performance. Help organize project databases, listing calendars, market watchlists, and internal tracking sheets. Work with listing, research, operations, marketing, and product teams to support smooth listing execution and information alignment. Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; students with interest in Crypto, Web3, exchanges, trading, or token markets are preferred. Strong interest in the crypto industry and willingness to learn about exchange operations and token listing workflows. Good information collection and research ability, with clear logic and strong attention to detail. Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or other basic documentation and data organization tools. Good communication skills, execution ability, and ability to follow up on tasks in a timely manner. Able to work at least 3 days per week, with an internship period of no less than 3 months. Responsible, careful, and able to handle repetitive information checking and data tasks with accuracy. Nice to Have Previous experience or strong interest in Crypto, Web3, exchanges, DeFi, token research, or market analysis. Experience in research, data, content writing, project analysis, or investment-related work. Basic understanding of trading, tokenomics, CEX / DEX mechanisms, liquidity, market making, or token launch processes. Active user of crypto platforms, trading products, Web3 communities, Telegram, Discord, X, or on-chain data tools. Ability to read English crypto materials, project docs, whitepapers, and market reports.
