Project Management Intern
Responsibilities Coordinate information in demand request groups and help align communication between business teams and internal stakeholders. Support project scheduling, timeline tracking, and task coordination to ensure requests are processed efficiently. Provide guidance to new business stakeholders on how to submit requests, clarify requirements, and follow the standard workflow. Maintain the demand request system, including monitoring abnormal cases, identifying basic issues, and following up on troubleshooting progress. Assist in collecting and managing system improvement needs, including basic function upgrades and workflow optimization requests. Support cross-team coordination, follow-up communication, meeting notes, document, and other project management-related tasks. Help maintain request records, project tracking sheets, SOP documents, and internal coordination materials. Requirements Current university student in Mainland China; junior-year undergraduate students are preferred. Able to support 5 working days per week. Patient, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle coordination tasks carefully. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow up on issues proactively. Able to quickly understand business processes and support daily project coordination work. Majors in Information Management and Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science and Technology, or related fields are preferred. Relevant internship or project experience is preferred, especially in project coordination, operations, PMO, product operations, or system management. Able to onboard as soon as possible. Nice to Have Experience with demand management, project tracking, workflow coordination, or cross-functional communication. Familiarity with collaboration tools, documentation platforms, project management tools, or internal systems. Strong information organization skills and ability to summarize issues clearly. Fast learner with strong execution ability and willingness to take ownership of detailed coordination work.
