Track the U.S. stock market on a daily basis and quickly identify market trends, hot sectors, key events, and trading themes. Develop trading-oriented content strategies to guide users toward trading actions and improve conversion. Produce and optimize real-time intraday content that aligns with market movements and user trading behavior. Apply internet growth operation strategies to improve user engagement, trading activity, and business performance. Requirements 3+ years of operations experience in cross-border finance, online brokerage, or internet brokerage platforms. Proven experience owning growth metrics and applying internet-style operation strategies. Strong understanding of the overall U.S. stock market, including market trends, sectors, events, and investment themes. Strong trading growth mindset, with the ability to use content to drive user trading conversion. Strong data awareness, self-motivation, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced real-time market content environment. Nice to Have Experience with U.S. stock content operations, investor education, or market commentary. Familiarity with online brokerage platforms, trading communities, or financial content ecosystems.
