We are looking for a high-impact Sales & Marketing Specialist (Affiliate Focus) to drive affiliate growth and revenue at ABFinance. This role combines affiliate acquisition, partnership management, and performance-driven execution, with clear ownership of user acquisition and trading activity through affiliate channels. Responsibilities Own affiliate partner acquisition and growth, identifying and onboarding high-quality affiliates, KOLs, and strategic partners to drive user acquisition and trading volume Develop and execute affiliate-driven sales and marketing strategies, including campaigns, incentives, and partner-specific growth plans Manage and optimize affiliate relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing engagement to maximize partner output Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional campaigns to ensure scalable and performance-driven partnerships Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance (traffic, sign-ups, deposits, trading volume), continuously improving conversion and ROI Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, or business development within crypto, fintech, or digital platforms Proven track record in driving user acquisition and revenue through affiliate or partner channels Strong network of affiliates, KOLs, or performance marketing partners is a strong plus Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion, and performance marketing Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns Self-starter with strong ownership and execution capability in a fast-paced environment
