Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. Job Purpose & Focus We are hiring an APP Developer to develop and optimize cross-platform mobile applications. If you’re passionate about building high-performance, highly reliable mobile apps and have a solid frontend engineering foundation, we’d love to have you join our technical team to drive product innovation and improve user experience. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework; Implement cross-platform (iOS/Android) UI/UX designs, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization across devices; Participate in product requirement analysis, design appropriate technical solutions, and drive implementation; Continuously optimize app performance and resolve key technical issues such as memory management and rendering efficiency; Collaborate with backend teams on API integration and data interaction logic; Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and prepare technical documentation; Stay up to date with Flutter trends and explore applying new technologies in business scenarios. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Solid understanding of cross-platform development principles; familiarity with Flutter + native (iOS/Android) hybrid integration; 5 years of mobile development experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on Flutter project experience; strong knowledge of Dart language features; Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience with React or other frontend frameworks is a plus; Familiar with common state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod); Familiar with RESTful API design; hands-on experience with networking and local storage (e.g., SQLite, Hive); Proficient with Git for version control; understanding of CI/CD workflows; Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-have Experience with React Native; Familiar with mobile performance tuning and memory leak debugging tools; Experience independently shipping apps or contributing to open-source projects; Knowledge of unit testing and UI automation testing frameworks.
