Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall operation, management and administration of digital wallets, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Execute and oversee cryptocurrency transactions, including operation payments, token transfers, withdrawals, and deposits across various blockchain networks. Oversee and execute rebalance between different types of wallets according to company policy Facilitate and manage cross-chain transactions, ensuring seamless interoperability between different blockchain protocols. Regularly reconcile wallet balances and transactions to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies. Develop and maintain internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for wallet operations, ensuring security and compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement robust security measures to protect digital assets and user information. Undertake other duties as required. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology etc. In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web 3 projects. Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, trading platforms and market makers. Proven track record in managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols. Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Professional proficiency in Chinese and English preferred
