BD Intern

【Job Responsibilities】 - Expand Web3 ecosystem cooperation resources across North America, covering projects, KOLs, communities, and media, to build a localized partnership network. - Assist the BD team in engaging North American clients, conduct business communications, sort out requirements, and draft initial cooperation proposals in English to ensure efficient collaboration. - Gather insights on North American Web3 market trends, competitors’ BD strategies, and user demands, then produce phased market analysis briefs to support team decision-making. - Support the execution of North American business events (e.g., AMAs, online salons), including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event review. - Organize business cooperation materials, track project progress, and maintain client relationships to ensure smooth advancement of partnerships. 【Requirements】 Core Qualifications - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; native or near-native English proficiency with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (North American undergraduate study background is preferred). - Possess at least 1 internship or work experience in Sales/BD, with priority given to candidates with customer development and business liaison experience, and a solid grasp of business communication logic. - Strong interest in the Web3 industry, understanding of basic exchange business models; bonus points for practical crypto trading experience (ability to briefly explain trading logic is required). - Have been living or studying in North America (USA/Canada) for the past two years, with familiarity with the local Web3 market environment and cultural norms. - Demonstrate strong execution, communication skills, and pressure resistance; be goal-oriented, proactive in advancing work, and accountable for tasks. 【Bonus Points】 - Own existing resources in North American Web3 communities, projects, or KOLs, enabling rapid launch of cooperation expansion work. - Familiar with Web3 marketing tactics (e.g., NFT, DAO, AMA operations) and have experience in executing related events. - Proficient in data analysis, capable of optimizing BD strategies through data and proposing actionable improvement suggestions. - Previous internship experience in crypto exchanges, blockchain projects, or Web3 startups.
