Role Overview We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer to design and build high-performance components for our trading and business systems. In this role, you will work on low-latency, high-throughput architectures and contribute to the continuous evolution of our core technical platforms. Responsibilities: Design and develop the technical architecture and business functionalities of trading systems and business systems. Conduct research and apply high-performance programming techniques related to high throughput and low latency. Requirements: Full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or related fields; at least 5-7 years of C++ development experience. Proficient in C/C++ programming, with hands-on experience using STL, Boost, and other open-source libraries. Proficient in Linux/Unix development environments, with knowledge of network protocols, distributed systems, multithreading, and other technologies essential to high-throughput, low-latency programming. Experience in Linux system performance tuning is a plus. Experience in futures, options, or other derivatives trading/clearing, or a background in finance is preferred. Strong ability to quickly learn, analyze, and solve complex problems. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required
