Summary We are seeking a developer to lead technical initiatives, optimize system architecture, and develop scalable, high-performance systems. The role involves designing technical solutions, guiding the team to achieve business goals, and exploring new technologies to enhance the company’s technical capabilities. Responsibilities Gain an in-depth understanding of business requirements, develop comprehensive technical solutions and system architectures, and lead the team to achieve strategic business objectives. Plan, develop, and optimize shared technical components, and drive their implementation and adoption across various business systems. Lead the development and architectural design of Bybot (Intelligent Customer Service), Customer Service Backend, and CRM systems (including Salesforce). Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex technical challenges, and optimize overall system performance. Proactively explore cutting-edge industry technologies and solutions to strengthen the company’s technical capabilities and foster innovation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 2 years of specialized experience in Salesforce development. Proficient in Salesforce system configuration, including but not limited to: Applications, Objects, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Custom Labels, Organizational Structure, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, SSO, and Password Security Policies. Experienced in API development and concurrency principles; familiar with high-concurrency system development, data structures, and computer system fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Go (Golang) development and configuration, along with mastery of mainstream service frameworks and messaging middleware, is highly preferred. Familiar with distributed systems, mainstream service frameworks, and storage/messaging middleware, with a solid understanding of their underlying principles. Strong logical thinking and business acumen; excellent coding practices with a clear structure and standardized naming conventions; basic proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) communication.
