Key Responsibilities 1. Spot Operations Awareness & Strategic Alignment Maintain a strong understanding of spot trading operations to inform ABFinance market decision-making and execution priorities 2. Structured Market Execution & Operating Model Drive disciplined, cross-functional execution through scalable operating models rather than ad-hoc solutions 3. Strategic Thinking & US Market Leadership Own the ABFinance market perspective internally, providing structured insights on opportunities, product gaps, and competitive dynamics Support leadership decisions with well-reasoned analysis, balancing near-term execution with long-term positioning 4. Regulatory & Risk Coordination Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure ABFinance spot-related activities align with regulatory requirements Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal risk assessments related to trading operations 5. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management Coordinate across global teams (product, engineering, compliance, risk, ops) to deliver ABFinance market priorities Act as a reliable execution partner for senior leadership, representing ABFinance operational realities clearly and factually Requirements 7+ years of experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, or financial services Strong hands-on experience in spot trading operations and deep understanding of spot trading mechanics and operational workflows Proven experience operating in regulated environments (US or comparable markets preferred) Experience leading country-level or market-level execution is a strong plus Highly structured thinker with strong problem decomposition skills Strategic mindset combined with strong execution discipline
