Senior Earn Product Manager

Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. 1. Purpose / Focus Consolidate, plan and launch products for US users Liaise with teams for staking and convert product operations Liaise with dev teams to build and launch products and functions 2. Responsibilities Responsible for the planning, product design, and requirements management of business middle-office products (including spot and derivatives systems related to assets, accounts, and lending). Provide middle-office support for the company’s vertical trading businesses to enhance business and system efficiency. Responsible for detailed product feature planning and design, including but not limited to: communicating business requirements, writing PRD documents, organizing functional flows, clarifying feature points, defining logic for each function, and organizing data fields. Also, assist the R&D team in understanding requirements, designing system architecture, and planning iteration schedules. 3. Requirements Familiar with and capable of independently analyzing internal business scenarios, related systems, and the functional, service, and data interactions between them. Able to generalize and abstract common middle-office modules and service capabilities based on business needs, while designing and driving iterative plans for monitoring and efficiency improvement to maximize internal productivity. Candidates with experience in crypto exchanges, or in spot, futures, options trading, or lending products are preferred. 4.
