Role Summary We are seeking a Golang Developer to lead technical initiatives, optimize system architecture, and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role involves designing technical solutions, guiding implementation to meet business goals, and exploring new technologies that enhance ABFinance’s technical capabilities. Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, create technical solutions and system designs, and lead delivery to achieve business objectives. Plan, develop, and optimize shared technical components, and drive their adoption across multiple business systems. Identify system bottlenecks, solve complex technical problems, and continuously improve system performance and reliability. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry solutions to strengthen platform capabilities and innovation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of backend development experience, including at least 2+ years working with Golang in architecture or system design roles. Strong proficiency in Golang, including commonly used frameworks, core language features, and data structures, with a deep understanding of underlying implementation principles. Solid experience in API development and concurrency concepts, with exposure to building and maintaining high-concurrency systems. Familiarity with distributed systems, mainstream service frameworks, and messaging middleware, with an understanding of their underlying principles. Experience designing, building, or operating systems using serverless architecture (for example, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions). Strong logical thinking and business understanding, with good coding practices, clear structure, and standardized naming conventions. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes automation, or DevOps implementation is a plus. Experience with blockchain toolstacks or blockchain system interaction is a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
