We are looking for a high-impact Sales & Marketing Specialist (Campaign & Event Focus) to drive user growth, engagement, and conversion through campaigns and events on the ABFinance platform. This role combines hands-on execution with clear ownership of user activation and trading activity. Responsibilities Own end-to-end campaign execution, driving user acquisition, activation, and conversion across key funnels (sign-ups, KYC, deposits, trading, referrals) Plan and execute both online and offline events (meetups, trading competitions, AMAs, community activations), ensuring strong conversion into platform usage Work with KOLs, affiliates, and partners to expand reach and amplify campaign and event impact Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and event performance, focusing on conversion, retention, and trading volume Collaborate closely with product, community, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with product launches and business goals Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in campaign, growth, or event marketing within crypto, fintech, or digital platforms Proven ability to drive measurable user growth and conversion through campaigns or events Strong understanding of growth funnels, user behavior, and performance metrics Hands-on execution across digital channels and offline events Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
