Their flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange building trading tools for both retail and institutional clients—including spot trading and yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. 1. Role Overview We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own platform and product growth through high-impact marketing and campaign execution. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for building and leading growth-driven campaigns, shaping ABFinance’s brand in the US market, and translating product value into measurable user acquisition and activation. You will be directly accountable for campaign performance and growth outcomes. 2.Key Responsibilities Growth Leadership - Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement across ABFinance products - Own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis, with clear performance metrics - Design scalable campaign frameworks (product launches, acquisition campaigns, adoption and retention initiatives) US Market & Precision Marketing - Deeply understand the US market, user behavior, and regulatory-sensitive financial products - Develop targeted, data-driven marketing strategies rather than generic brand promotion - Clearly segment users (retail, power users, early adopters) and tailor messaging accordingly Brand Building - Shape and consistently communicate ABFinance’s brand positioning and narrative - Ensure brand messaging is clear, compliant, and trusted — especially critical for a financial platform - Align brand tone across campaigns, content, partnerships, and community touchpoints Cross-functional Leadership - Work closely with Product, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Growth teams to ensure campaigns are product-aligned, compliance-aware, and execution-ready - Lead external agencies, creators, or partners when needed Leadership & Ownership - Act as a true marketing owner — setting direction, making decisions, and driving execution, rather than operating as a brief-taker - Build and mentor a small, high-impact marketing team over time - Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability for growth initiatives 3.Qualifications & Experience - Proven experience leading marketing or growth campaigns in fintech, crypto, financial services, or other regulated industries - Strong understanding of the US market (required) - Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth, not just brand awareness - Experience owning campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → results) - Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage or scale-up environments - Strong communication skills; able to translate complex products into clear value propositions - Experience working cross-functionally with product and compliance teams is a strong plus
