Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Growth Define and own Bybit’s global social media strategy across all major platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Translate business objectives into measurable social KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, community growth) Drive sustainable audience growth while balancing short-term performance and long-term brand equity 2. Content & Brand Narrative Build and manage a clear content framework (brand storytelling, product education, campaigns, community, thought leadership) Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and positioning across regions and platforms Guide the team to turn complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging, high-impact content 3. Platform & Trend Leadership Deeply understand platform algorithms, user behavior, and emerging trends Identify opportunities to lead conversations in the crypto and Web3 space Proactively experiment with new formats, creators, and platform features 4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a global social media team (content, video, design, operations) Establish SOPs, workflows, and quality standards Work closely with Brand, PR, Product, Growth, Regional Marketing, and Community teams 5. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement Track performance metrics and produce regular insights and retrospectives Use data to inform strategy, content direction, and resource allocation Continuously refine approaches based on performance and market feedback Requirements Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or fast-moving tech industries 5-8+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of scaling social media accounts or brands at a global level and regional levels Strong understanding of social platforms, paid strategies content distribution, and audience growth mechanics Excellent judgment on content quality, relevance, and timing Strong ownership mindset and results orientation Why Join Us Study Growth Fund for continuous learning Regular internal events and team-building activities Global collaboration with an international team Career growth & internal mobility in a fast-growing global company
