Overview: The Business Institution Business Development Manager will drive partnerships and collaboration with institutional partners, including forex trading platforms, liquidity providers, banks, and OTC desks. This role focuses on onboarding, liquidity sharing, relationship management, and strategy development to strengthen institutional collaboration and improve trading and liquidity performance. The manager will also be responsible for creating and executing business development strategies that expand market reach and generate new business opportunities globally. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with institutions such as forex platforms, liquidity providers, banks, and OTC desks. Identify and connect with institutional users, brokers, and external partners, to generate opportunities across global and regional markets. Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure smooth collaboration and liquidity sharing with partners. Regularly monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring continuous improvement in trading and liquidity outcomes. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with external parties. Design and execute institutional collaboration strategies, including sales and relationship management plans. Introduce company services to potential institutional partners and create opportunities for business cooperation. Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and Product) to ensure partner needs are met while aligning with company objectives. Stay updated on regulatory and compliance frameworks in different jurisdictions to ensure business activities remain compliant. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Proven experience in business development or institutional sales in finance/crypto, with necessary knowledge of trading, brokerage, and liquidity services. Established network with local partners, such as local exchanges and OTC desks, in key markets (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Turkey, and CIS region). Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, demonstrated responsibility, accountability, and reliability in managing partnerships and projects. High tolerance for working under pressure, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic business environments. Excellent communication and networking abilities, English is mandatory, proficiency in a local language relevant to one of the target regions is a strong plus.
