Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. We are seeking a high-impact Sales & Marketing Specialist (Institution Focus) to drive institutional client growth and trading activity at ABFinance. This role combines institutional relationship management, revenue ownership, and market-facing execution, focusing on trading firms, market makers, and professional clients globally. Responsibilities Own and develop relationships with institutional clients, including trading firms, market makers, and professional investors Drive client acquisition, onboarding, and activation, with clear ownership of trading volume and revenue contribution Expand and deepen existing client relationships to increase trading activity, liquidity contribution, and long-term retention Design and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies for institutional segments, including direct outreach, campaigns, and strategic partnerships Identify and capture new business opportunities across derivatives, spot, and structured products Act as the key interface between institutional clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are translated into product and execution improvements Gather market intelligence and competitor insights, and provide actionable feedback to product, trading, and strategy teams Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize institutional onboarding, conversion, and engagement Qualifications 5–8 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, relationship management, or client-facing roles within crypto exchanges, brokerages, or financial institutions Proven track record of managing and growing institutional clients, with clear revenue or trading volume impact Strong network of trading firms, market makers, or institutional investors is highly preferred Solid understanding of crypto markets, including spot, derivatives, and liquidity dynamics Experience in crypto derivatives/options is a strong plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with strong execution and ownership mindset
