Responsibilities: Responsible for desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network and application platform implementation and operation & maintenance support, and employee IT service support. Perform foundational IT operations tasks, including OS installation/configuration, user access management, and data backup/recovery for servers and business systems, as well as firmware upgrades for network devices, security policy configurations, and network topology optimization. Analyse and clarify end-users’ technical inquiries, as well as manage IT AI Ticketing System, summary and reporting analysis periodically. Configure, monitor, and maintain daily operations of office network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless APs, etc.) to ensure stable internal network performance. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues or address common problems such as latency or outages. Participate in office network planning, including new office network deployments and adjustments to existing network structures. Monitor the status of core business systems, respond to alerts promptly, and maintain incident logs during shifts. Support cybersecurity efforts, including vulnerability scanning, firewall policy maintenance, and emergency response to security incidents. Tracking and maintenance of IT assets. Implement related IT projects with the IT team leader, contracting, and implementation, including user acceptance testing and user training when needed. Other tasks and IT duties as assigned by the IT team leader. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Candidates with at least 3 years and above experience in IT operations and Level 1 / Level 2 end-user support or related fields would be preferred. Familiar with Mac/Windows laptop operation and maintenance. Familiar with Google Suite and various common office application system operation and maintenance. Have certain project implementation and management experience. Have ITIL and IT Service Process Construction and Implementation Experience; Possess good learning, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities. Remote support services experience is required. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
