Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join our team in the Malaysia. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our corporate OA (Office Automation) and ITSM (IT Service Management) systems. The ideal candidate will ensure these systems effectively support business operations, enhance user experience, and maintain a stable, secure, and efficient IT office environment, including support for cloud infrastructure and common workplace applications. Key Responsibilities Optimize and configure system processes and functionalities, such as process management and change management, to improve system efficiency and capabilities. Coordinate with technical teams on system integration, custom development, and implementation to ensure timely project delivery. Regularly gather user feedback to continuously optimize system functionalities and enhance user experience. Develop configuration documentation and training materials, support system rollouts, and provide user training. Perform daily maintenance and support for corporate office software, IT infrastructure, and business systems to ensure a stable operating environment. Participate in the administration, troubleshooting, and user support for company IT office software (e.g., Office 365, Slack, Google Workspace, internal systems), including access management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. 2+ years of experience in using/implementing OA/ITSM tools or in basic IT operations. Familiarity with workflow system tools (e.g., Fanwei, BPM systems) is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive project progress. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to handle international projects and documentation.
