About the job We are helping ABFinance to hire few roles. ABFinance is a US-based firm looking to build and enable digital finance for the future. Our vision is to build a full financial ecosystem where digital assets, traditional finance, and everyday money management live in one seamless experience, made available to everyone. Founded by a team of innovators, traders, and compliance professionals, our mission is to bring the emerging world of digital assets to everyone. Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security. Job Purpose & Focus - US branding - Social Media and PR - Campaign design and creation - Events & community building Responsibility - Developing marketing strategies to drive brand positioning and awareness, user acquisition, and supporting the US market to boost its business plans. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Community, Compliance) to ensure marketing initiatives are tailored to local US user behavior, regulations, and cultural context. - Managing partnerships with US media outlets, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and communities to promote ABFinance through both online and offline channels. - Planning and supporting regional marketing campaigns (e.g. referral programs, promotions, airdrops, webinars, AMAs, trading competitions) together with offline events across US and other crypto-active cities. - Monitoring campaign performance and user acquisition data, and iterating based on ROI and engagement. - Keeping up with local crypto trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts in US(e.g., AMF regulation) to inform campaign and positioning strategy. Requirements - Have 3+ years of experience in regional or digital marketing, with proven success in building events, PR, and marketing initiatives. - Have a deep understanding of the US crypto user base, content channels, cultural behavior, and market dynamics. - Are familiar with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, analytics, event planning tools, social platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, etc.). - Have experience working with English-speaking KOLs, affiliates, and community partners in the Web3 or fintech space. - Are proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple campaigns with limited oversight. - Are results-oriented, with strong skills in performance tracking and reporting. - Are based in France and able to attend local industry events or manage brand activations when needed.
